Description:

Changi Airport Group is part of the inter-agency team developing Changi East, which encompasses the future Terminal 5. Changi Airport Group welcomes you to join us today as part of the team to shape Singapore's aviation future.

In this role, you will manage and coordinate systems development for Changi East projects. You will be involved in the planning and design, execution, monitoring, and integration of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Control Systems. You will lead and work closely with contractors, consultants and users to ensure project requirements are met and that deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality. Strong ability in identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation measures is essential.

Qualifications

• A good degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience in developing, delivering, and monitoring of projects and control systems.
• Good knowledge of software, database and network systems, standard interface communication protocol, OT cybersecurity and/or interfacing, and integration with electrical/mechanical systems is essential.
• Experience in systems integration for site-wide complex systems such as Integrated Building Management System, SCADA, Airfield Lighting Control System, ELV Systems, Internet-of-Things systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and issues effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results through effective project management.
• A good team player who thrives in fast‑paced and dynamic project environments.
• Self‑motivated, analytical, assertive, and results‑driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• This is a contract position.
