Changi General Hospital Pte Ltd invites applications for an Administrative Coordinator to support the Clinical Department's day-to-day operations, roster management, and patient feedback handling. You will assist the HOD and staff, coordinate clinic coverage, and help with teaching programmes for medical students and residents, liaising with education offices.
Candidates should have a diploma/NITEC or equivalent and at least 2 years in healthcare, with strong communication and MS Office
Assist the Head of Clinical Department (HOD) and staff in the day-to-day administration and operations of the Clinical Department
Assist clinicians in handling patient complaints and other feedback or complaints
Check and roll out the monthly doctors' rosters; update roster changes, including liaising with clinicians on roster adjustments for unplanned or urgent leave
Manage leave scheduling for House Officers (HOs), Residents, Medical Officers (MOs), and Registrars
Assist the HOD and staff in the management of Specialist Outpatient Clinics, including:
Consultant clinic coverage
Clinic, Operating Theatre (where applicable), and on-call manpower deployment during unplanned absences and sick leave
Administration of clinic "Freeze/Unfreeze" arrangements during MO/HO changeovers
Clinic leave scheduling
Assist clinician faculty in coordinating the teaching programmes for medical students, Residents, MOs, Registrars, and Fellowship participants, including facility management and liaison with the Associate Dean's Office, Programme Directors, Coordinators, and the SingHealth Graduate Medical Education Office
Coordinate Resident rotation duties
Coordinate local and internal workshops, courses, and seminars organised by the department
Coordinate medical coverage for offsite activities, such as Emergency Planning exercises
Support and assist in the verification of doctors' claims submissions, and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure claims are submitted accurately
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, GCE A Level, O Level or N Level qualification
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous with good attention to detail
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
