Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking an automation technician to assemble, calibrate, and finalize semiconductor equipment. You will perform module and vision alignment, and system calibration to ensure peak performance.

On-site and overseas technical support will be required as needed. Requirements: Nitec in Engineering or equivalent, and at least 1 year in mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems within Semiconductor/Automation. Reading drawings is essential.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems experience in Semiconductor/Automation Industry.
• Proficient in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out machine assembly, setup, calibration, and final equipment checkout.
• Perform module alignment, vision alignment, and system calibration to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic components.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and provide on-site technical support locally and overseas when required.
