Job summary

NetLink Trust in Singapore seeks a Data Management Associate Engineer to ensure the integrity and accuracy of Network Inventory systems. You will collaborate with IT and operations teams to manage data from multiple sources, including as-built reports, fibre loss readings, and GPS submissions.

You will support data analysis, training, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, monitor data errors in production, and help keep data up-to-date to reflect on-site realities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Possess project management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Network Inventory system.
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to manage data from various sources (e.g., via data integration).
• Work closely with the operations team on as-built reports, fibre loss readings, and GPS readings submissions.
• Commission projects related to fibre cables, ducts, and manhole projects.
• Ensure data is up-to-date and aligned with the actual on-site situation.
• Support service trail migrations during diversions and fibre cut scenarios.
• Provide training and support to staff on data management tools and procedures.
• Support data analysis and reporting needs for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and track data errors encountered in production.
