Job summary

Inter Island Group in Singapore is seeking a Process Associate Engineer – Pick & Place to support backend process and equipment operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role requires a Diploma or degree in relevant disciplines and 2-3 years of industry experience, with flexibility for rotating 12-hour shifts.

You'll work day and night shifts on a 12-hour cycle, with rotation every 3 months, contributing to process optimization and yield improvement within the back-end

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Materials Science or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
