Job summary

ASML is seeking an Associate Engineer to provide on-site PM service, logistics and administration support at customer locations, enabling senior engineers to focus on technical diagnosis and continuous improvement of ASML systems.

The ideal candidate is a fresh diploma holder or 1–2 years’ experience in engineering, willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, travel overseas on short notice, and maintain a safe, 5S compliant cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineer or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Fresh Diploma graduates / Higher NITEC with 1-2 years' experience in the engineering field

Responsibilities

• Be on site at customer locations to perform shift duties.
• Perform equipment PM and routine entry level service actions.
• Prepare tools and parts for service actions.
• Follow predefined hardware actions & work assignments.
• Receive instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
• Support in-fab logistics to fill in engineering information for parts /tools return.
• Able to work independently with a limited degree of supervision.
• Guide and support new team members; may assist in their formal orientation and training.
• Achieve full proficiency in specialty of technical processes or procedures through ASML job-related training and considerable work experience.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation/5S in the cleanroom
• Provide administration support /daily operation system update

Associate Engineer is to provide efficient and quality PM service, logistic & administration support to the customer and enable sr. engineer to focus on technical diagnosis, structure issues and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer location.

Role and responsibilities
