Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced treasury professional to lead ALM governance across the region. You will help design and implement the ALM framework, establish FTP methodologies reflecting liquidity and term premiums, and develop funding curves to support disciplined trading.

In this role, you will collaborate with Finance and Business teams to embed FTP into profitability measurements and pricing decisions, assist in designing issuance vehicles, and monitor liquidity risk and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of banking/financial markets experience with direct treasury work in ALM, FTP and liquidity management.
• Knowledge of BCBS Basel and MAS frameworks; HK SFC familiarity is a plus.
• Experience in ALM and FTP; established programs are preferred.
• Proficient with Bloomberg for trade execution, risk management and balance sheet management.
• Familiarity with building automation tools in the M365 platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and implement ALM governance for the region.
• Develop policies, procedures, and reports to oversee ALM framework.
• Establish FTP methodologies reflecting liquidity and term premiums.
• Create internal funding curves to guide disciplined trading.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business teams to incorporate FTP into profitability and pricing.
• Support issuance vehicle design and funding structures; model funding mix and appetite.
• Help establish governance models for regional issuance activities and contingency funding plans.
• Execute and monitor treasury dealing activities per risk parameters.
• Contribute to liquidity risk appetite monitoring and reporting to senior management.
• Maintain communication with treasury departments to allocate funding limits.
• Stay updated with industry standards; adhere to policies and regulatory guidelines.
