Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) Singapore seeks an Associate Director for Forensic Technology, Investigations & Discovery to lead investigations and oversee forensic technology programmes. This role requires managing multiple workstreams, directing analytics, and delivering high-quality reports.

You will supervise teams, coordinate with external counsel, engage in business development and contribute to building BRG’s APAC practice in forensics and eDiscovery.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, investigations, internal audit, transaction services or forensic technology.
• Proven experience managing engagements and teams independently.
• Professional qualification or equivalent track record in forensic data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigations day to day including plan, team allocation, budget tracking and client communication.
• Lead teams of three to six professionals across concurrent workstreams.
• Design and oversee substantive forensic analysis: testing, reconstruction, funds tracing, third-party payments and large document review.
• Conduct and document witness interviews with external counsel.
• Direct forensic technology workstreams: data preservation, analytics and eDiscovery protocols.
• Draft investigation and expert reports; contribute to business development and client pitches.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues and participate in recruitment as the team grows.
