Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) in Singapore is building a Forensic Investigations practice and seeks a Senior Associate to support data cleansing, analysis, eDiscovery review and exhibit preparation. The role is quantitative, with mentoring and real investigations exposure from day one.

You will work with Excel and have opportunities to learn SQL, Python or R, with a structured onboarding, study leave for ACA/ACCA/CPA and a clear path to Consultant, plus hybrid working and 30 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, accounting, economics, finance, law, information systems, data science or a comparable subject.
• Internships or previous experience in audit, forensics, compliance, law or data analytics are welcome but not a prerequisite.
• Confident Excel skills; exposure to SQL, Python or R is a bonus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support forensic analyses: preparing, cleansing and reconciling data from accounting and ERP systems.
• Review documents in eDiscovery platforms and apply the review protocol consistently.
• Research corporate registries, public filings and open sources, and summarise findings clearly.
• Prepare and maintain working papers, indices and evidence logs.
• Build exhibits, tables and charts for investigation reports.
• Assist with the logistical and organisational side of investigations.
