Google Singapore is seeking an experienced in-region lawyer to support Google’s commercial, advisory, regulatory and contentious matters across its products and services. You will join a fast-paced, cross-functional team in a region facing evolving data privacy and tech-law challenges.

The role requires JD or equivalent, 3 years attorney-level experience, and bar admission in Singapore; in-house multinational exposure and ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure are highly

Competenze

• JD, LL.B., or equivalent degree.
• 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
• Admitted to the bar in Singapore or authorized to practice law in Singapore.

Mansioni

• Conduct legal reviews and provide advisory and commercial support across Google’s product initiatives.
• Respond to legal requests from Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Tax, and cross-functional teams in SEAS.
• Review draft legislation and coordinate with Google’s Global Affairs team.
• Build relationships with regulators in SEAS; manage inquiries and resolve contentious issues.
• Advise management and project teams in APAC and the US on potential legal risks in SEAS.
