Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• ServiceNow platform experience and relevant certifications (CSA, CAS, ITSM) preferred.
• Proficient with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

As an Associate Consultant (Frontend Developer), you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build advanced, user-centric web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver robust web applications.

• Collaboration: Partner with backend developers to seamlessly integrate frontend components with server-side functionality, ensuring an optimal user experience.

• Full Lifecycle Development: Actively participate in the complete SDLC—from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.

• Optimization: Implement responsive design techniques and ensure cross-browser compatibility to maximize accessibility and usability.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of our frontend development processes and tooling to enhance team productivity and code quality.

• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

While a strong frontend foundation is essential, experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem will give you a significant advantage.

• Core Frontend Skills: Proficiency in popular frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• ServiceNow Expertise (Highly Advised): Prior experience with the ServiceNow platform is an advantage. Hold certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, CAS, and ITSM is preferred.

• Technical Design: Proven experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities alongside excellent communication skills.

• Mindset: A genuine passion for staying current with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
