Job summary

staffhub group pte. ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee construction warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will drive inventory control, implement 5S housekeeping, and contribute to strategic reviews with data-driven insights while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications to support planning and coordination tasks.
• Ability to plan and coordinate work on site efficiently.
• Certificate for safety course for PM certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage team dynamics and stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a warehouse team to ensure materials are accurately tagged, stored in correct locations, and organized for efficient picking and stock checking.
• Manage inventory control by performing quarterly inventory checks targeting zero discrepancies.
• Investigate root causes of operational incidents and stock discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and implement 5S housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security measures in warehouse operations.
• Contribute warehouse data and insights to strategic planning and operational reviews to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Execute assigned duties and ad hoc projects from Director or CEO with accountability and independence.
• Foster a positive team culture and engagement through effective people management practices.
