Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an Assistant Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Manager for its Tuas facility. Salary is SGD 5,000–7,000 basic, 5 days, Mon-Fri, with responsibilities to oversee all warehouse operations and drive efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural or Building Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field and 5–8 years of construction experience. AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural or Building Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Able to plan and coordinate work on site.
• Safety course certificate and PM certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire warehouse, ensuring it meets operational requirements and standards, and contribute warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
• Resolve problems and identify warehouse system improvements.
• Supervise the warehouse team and ensure work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure materials are properly tagged, correctly located and stored in an orderly way, maximising space while keeping picking and stock checks easy.
• Perform quarterly inventory checks with a target of zero discrepancies.
• Investigate root causes of operational incidents and stock discrepancies and recommend improvements to management.
• Build a strong, positive and engaged warehouse team culture.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security measures.
• Carry out ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the Director or CEO.
• Reports to the Director
