Job summary

Temasek invites a seasoned Business Analyst to join the People Technology team in Singapore, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions across HR and enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with O&P, Technology, and business stakeholders to design future-state processes, drive automation, and deliver measurable value through AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in HR, People Technology, or Enterprise Systems.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, process redesign, and solution implementation initiatives.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
• Exposure to Agile Methodology, SAP SuccessFactors, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with AI, Agentic AI, RPA automation, or analytics initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across O&P, Technology, and the business, you will analyse challenges, redesign processes, and deliver impactful People Technology initiatives that create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify needs and opportunities.
• Design future-state processes and recommend scalable solutions.
• Ensure requirements are translated accurately into system capabilities and business outcomes.

Process Transformation & Innovation

• Drive process simplification, standardisation, and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee and O&P experiences through technology and AI.
• Apply design thinking and continuous improvement methodologies to solve business challenges.

Project Delivery

• Support the planning and execution of People Technology initiatives.
• Manage testing, UAT, training, deployment, and change activities.
• Track risks, dependencies, actions, and project milestones.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with O&P, Technology, Data, and business teams across regions.
• Build alignment on requirements, priorities, and solution design.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in HR, People Technology, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Systems.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, process redesign, and solution implementation initiatives.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
• Exposure to Agile Methodology, SAP SuccessFactors, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar platforms is advantageous.
