Job summary

Singlife is a leading financial services company in Singapore seeking an experienced investment operations professional. You will assist the manager with cross-department projects such as new platform/process development and migrations across platforms and custodians.

Qualifications

Diploma in any related discipline required.
3-5 years of experience in investment operations or asset management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple platforms/systems.
Experience handling cross-department projects is a plus.
Knowledge of unit trust transfers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist manager with cross-department projects such as new platform/process development and migration across platforms/custodians.
Perform and oversee end-to-end transfer processes including unit trust transfers and settlement monitoring.
Support firm and advisor maintenance matters on platforms when required.
Exercise judgement handling stakeholder requests and urgent tasks within tight timelines.
Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve queries and provide operational support.
Ensure adherence to procedures, control guidelines, market regulations and compliance frameworks.
