Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Centre Leader to drive enrolment, sales and retention targets at our education centre in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, maintain service standards and build strong relationships with parents and students.

Lead centre teams, manage performance, administration and CRM systems, and ensure high-quality customer experience while achieving sales goals and maintaining smooth day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a leadership role within education, retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams and use CRM or related systems.

Job description

Location: Central / North East

Work Hours: 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends (Mon-Fri 12.30pm-9.30pm, Sat and Sun 8.30am-6.30pm)

Salary: Up to $3,200
