Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED invites an experienced centre supervisor to lead our student care operations in Singapore. You will oversee daily centre activities, align with standards, and drive programme planning while supporting academic and personal development of primary students.

You will manage staff, engage parents, ensure safe transitions, maintain records, and push continuous improvement initiatives within the centre’s regulatory framework.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in student care, with a minimum of 1 year in supervisory, management or leadership role.
• Patient, responsible, and passionate about working with young children
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with standards.

• Ensure safe student transitions, including pick-ups and risk management processes.
• Lead student behaviour management and support staff in handling complex cases.
• Engage parents on student matters and maintain strong communication standards.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive programme planning, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10am-7pm)

Working Location: Clementi/Tampines

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000
