Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is a leading Mathematics enrichment provider with multiple centres islandwide. We seek an Operations Coordinator to help run daily centre operations and support student outcomes.

You will engage with parents, liaise with HQ on programmes, manage finances, and coordinate teacher schedules, working 3 weekdays and 2 weekend shifts.

Salary is 3,200 SGD per month; only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.
• 1 year of operations experience in education, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
• Kind and nurturing with children; professional with parents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including centre cleanliness and safety.
• Achieve student enrolment/retention goals and support student reviews.
• Communicate warmly and promptly with parents, guardians, and stakeholders.
• Liaise with headquarters regarding tuition programmes, materials, and updates.
• Manage accurate financial records, payments, and audit compliance.
• Coordinate teacher schedules and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including centre cleanliness and safety.
• Achieve student enrolment/retention goals and support student reviews.
• Communicate warmly and promptly with parents, guardians, and stakeholders.
• Liaise with headquarters regarding tuition programmes, materials, and updates.
• Manage accurate financial records, payments, and audit compliance.
• Coordinate teacher schedules and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discpline
• Min 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in education, retail, or hospitality.
• Kind and nurturing with children; professional with parents

Working Hours: 3 weekdays (1-9.30pm) + 2 weekend (9am-6.30pm)
