Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a motivated operations supervisor to manage daily museum activities across two sites, ensuring a smooth visitor experience and efficient front-desk service.

You will lead and train a team of 10–40 associates, plan monthly deployment schedules, handle enquiries and feedback, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors and partners to support operations. The role requires weekend and public holiday work; salary is gross up to SGD 3,000.

Qualifications

• 2 years of front-line/customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and digital tools.
• Experience handling multiple payment modes.
• Willlingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale Systems, and digital technologies
• Experience in handling various payment modes
• 2 years of front line/ customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
• Skilled in service delivery, problem resolution, and service recovery
• Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Flexible in customer interactions in a front-facing role
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

Working Hours:

9:30am to 7:30pm daily (Fridays till 9:00pm)

Working Days:

5 days/ week (Including weekends & PH)

Walking distance from City Hall, Raffles Place, Bras Basah, Bugis MRT

Compensation:

Gross up to $3000
