Job summary

KIDS & CO PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Student Care Mentor to work with children aged 7-12, focusing on safety, learning support, and positive development. You will assist lead mentors, run in-house enrichment activities, and coach spelling while maintaining a warm, energetic environment.

The role requires managing 10–15 children, coordinating with teaching staff, and contributing to daily operations and events from Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm to 6 pm, in Singapore.

• Minimum GCE 'O' level.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations in the centre.

• Assist in preparing and co-delivering enrichment curriculum with quality.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by Centre Supervisor or Manager.

• executing day to day operations in the centre
• ensuring safety and well-being of the children at all times
• assisting lead mentor(s) to provide guidance and supervision of children in their school and other academic assignments
• coaching and testing children for their school spellings
• assisting in the preparation and co-conducting in-house enrichment curriculum with quality
• building a positive and respectful relationship with children
• managing and guiding children to develop positive habits and mannerisms
• executing holiday activities or special events for the children during school holidays
• other related duties as assigned by the Centre Supervisor or Manager
