Job summary

Oasis Student Care Centre (Jurong Branch) invites dedicated individuals to join our team as after-school care staff. You will supervise primary school students, escort them from nearby schools, and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities include guiding homework and spelling practice in small groups, conducting enrichment activities, and building strong relationships with parents. The role requires patience, reliability, and a passion for mentoring children.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in mentoring primary school children.
• Ability to manage a classroom and supervise activities.
• Patience and reliability with a positive attitude.
• Strong proficiency in Primary School subjects and Chinese homework guidance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Escort children safely from nearby schools to the centre.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and disciplined classroom.
• Guide and supervise homework and spelling in small groups.
• Conduct holiday and enrichment programs (arts & crafts, games, field trips).
• Build positive relationships with parents.

• Strong proficiency in Primary School subjects.
• Prior experience working with children is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to guide students in Chinese homework is a strong plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Escort children safely from nearby schools to the student care centre.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and disciplined classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Guide and supervise children to complete their homework and spelling practice in a small group setting.
• Conduct holiday and enrichment programs (e.g., arts & crafts, educational games, and field trips).
• Build positive and open relationships with parents
• Help children with their school work.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 11:30 PM - 6:30 PM
