Job summary

JMS Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site maintenance technician to conduct routine service and maintenance on pumps, motors, actuators, lifting equipment and related site machinery in Singapore. You will perform repairs, replacements and troubleshoot equipment while ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures.

The role requires accurate reporting, daily coordination with the operations manager, and continual monitoring of equipment performance to meet contractual standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine service and maintenance of all site equipment such as pumps, motors, actuator, lifting equipment, roller shelter, etc.
• Perform repair and replacement of site equipment when necessary
• Comply with and exercise safety at all times in accordance with all safety procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly service, repair and maintenance report.
• Take immediate corrective measures to improve if parts and components fall below contractual standards.
• Report to operation manager on daily basis.
• To conduct corrective maintenance to machines and equipment.
• To sustain and maintain machines/equipment and to perform corrective maintenance.
• To perform troubleshooting.
• To monitor machines and equipment operational performance & condition.
