Job description

Overview

• Arranging of products First-In-First-Out (FIFO) to ensure that products are within their shelf life
• Assist Store Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• To provide excellent customer service to customers and address customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints
• To achieve sales target and KPI according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate sufficient stock level. Maintain and monitor optimum, accurate inventory level and minimise stock loss.
• Maintain in-store merchandising/product presentation.
• Maintain administrative procedures and ensure timely submission of administrative documents according to company guidelines.
• Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
• Ensure that cash control and stock control procedures are adhered to.
• Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
• To keep the store environment clean, neat and tidy.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in retail line
• Able to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
• 5.5day average work week
