Job summary

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to lead daily security operations and drive safety across the guest experience. You will mentor the security team, ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures, and coordinate incident reporting and crisis response.

The role involves close collaboration with hotel operations to balance a secure environment with warm guest interactions, while overseeing training and performance of security officers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality or a similar environment
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and security regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
