IHG Hotels & Resorts in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to lead the security team and support the Security Manager in daily operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. You will conduct risk assessments, coordinate emergency responses, and collaborate with hotel operations to balance security with a warm guest experience.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality or a similar environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and security regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
