Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in Optical Communications, Data Centres, Telecommunications, Electronics, Semiconductors or Industrial Technology Solutions.
• Strong understanding of optical communication technologies, networking infrastructure, or data center solutions.
• Strong business acumen with ability to identify opportunities and develop market penetration strategies.
• Ability to analyze business and financial data to support commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products, solutions, and value-added services.
• Conduct market research, business analysis, and commercial evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, quotations, negotiations, and project follow-ups.
• Support budget planning and business strategy initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operators, EPC contractors, consultants, system integrators, and technology partners.
