Job summary

waterstone consulting pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Wealth Management Analyst to coordinate KYC/AML and support client onboarding and documentation.

You will assist Relationship Manager with market updates and execution of OTC and listed trades across FX, bonds, equities, funds and structured products, while maintaining client records and ensuring excellent service.

University graduates with economics and investment product knowledge are desired; CACS qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• University graduate.
• Solid understanding of economics and investment products in wealth management.
• CACS qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations and other functional counterparts on a daily basis.
• Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML processes, procedures and documentation.
• Assist Relationship Manager with market updates and execution of OTC and listed trades (FX, bonds, equities, funds and structured products).
• Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, including maintaining and updating client transaction records/reports as well as client data.
• Oversee dealing infrastructure/processes/systems for investment products, and be responsible for all sales documents, product agreements, and service level agreements.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
• Assist Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates, placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, quities, funds and structured products.
• Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data.
• Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• University graduate.
• Sound understanding of economics, best market practices and investment products in the wealth management business
• CACS qualification preferred
