Job summary

BANK OF CHINA LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a client services professional to support RMs with relationship management, account servicing and client engagement. The role emphasizes timely service, compliance awareness and effective liaison with internal teams.

You will coordinate client events, assist with business development initiatives and contribute to reporting and performance monitoring under the guidance of the Team Head, adapting to regulatory requirements and high-end client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• CACS certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in maintaining client relationships and account servicing.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service addressing client enquiries and requests.
• Process client instructions and monitor client accounts per Private Banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support client events, marketing activities, and business development programmes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across business, operations, compliance and product teams to facilitate execution of business objectives.
• Support the Team Head in business management, reporting, performance monitoring and ad-hoc projects.

• Process client instructions and monitor client accounts in accordance with Private Banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support client events, marketing activities, and business development programmes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and product teams to facilitate effective execution of business objectives.
• Support the Team Head in business management, reporting, performance monitoring, and other ad-hoc projects and initiatives
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• CACS certified preferred
• Relevant experience in financial services, preferably in private banking, wealth management, or high-end financial marketing.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, prior experience with programming or coding is preferred
