Job summary

CLSA is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the Relationship Manager in daily client service, operations and relationship management. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service and build client confidence.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, English fluency and Mandarin capability, with relevant certifications and a degree in business/finance. This is a client-facing, on-site position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
• 1 year of related experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin to discuss Greater China products

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries by phone or email related to account opening, products/services, and service requests.
• Assist with trading and corporate action enquiries.
• Perform Know Your Client and risk disclosures; gate-keeper for policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support daily operations, reporting, system checks and administrative duties.
• Assist RM with presentations, meetings, events and travel arrangements.
• Maintain client contact schedules and update records.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
