Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a corporate banking credit professional with 3–6 years of experience to handle credit analysis, onboarding, covenant monitoring and reporting. The role focuses on maintaining strong client credit quality and timely communication with Head Office.

The candidate will review loan documentation, oversee back-office liaison for drawdowns, and stay ahead of market developments relevant to existing and potential accounts.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of corporate banking experience.
• Degree in Accountancy / Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong credit analysis and experience in writing credit applications for corporate loan products.
• Experience in subscription finance (capital call facilities and NAV finance) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and drafting of credit applications
• Conduct clients’ onboarding, covenant monitoring and internal reporting
• Monitor the development of potential problem accounts and report to Head Office and management in a timely manner
• Conduct credit reviews, asset assessment and follow up on 'watchlist' customers
• Review legal documentation and provide feedback promptly
• Liaise with back office on loan drawdown and rollovers
• Monitor macro developments affecting existing and potential accounts
• Monitor primary loan market trends and compare with bond market

Job Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and drafting of credit applications
• Conduct clients’ onboarding, covenant monitoring and internal reporting
• Monitor the development of potential problem accounts, escape and report to Head Office and management in a timely manner
• Conduct credit reviews, asset assessment and follow up on 'watchlist' customers
• Review legal documentations and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Liaise with back office on operational matters such as loan drawdown and rollovers
• Monitor closely on the social, economic, political, development of businesses and keep track of latest development of existing and potential accounts
• Pay close attention to primary loan market, monitor new deals in the market and price movement, and to perform comparison with bond market
