Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for piling works promptly.
• Prepare and compile tender documents for submission.
• Respond to general email enquiries relating to quotations.
• Communicate with clients by phone to gather necessary information and provide updates on main contractor tender progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tenders and quotations.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
