Tang Lim Builder Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Senior Quantity Surveyor to support daily QS and contract administration duties on our projects in Singapore.

You will assist with cost control, measurement, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to management. You will prepare progress claims, payment responses and variations, liaise with site teams and subcontractors, and help with tender preparation and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily quantity surveying and contract administration duties.
• Carry out quantity take-offs, measurements and basic costing.
• Check subcontractor claims and quotations.
• Assist budgeting and cost control.
• Prepare progress claims, payment responses and variations (VO).
• Liaise with site team and subcontractors.
• Assist in tender preparation and procurement.
