SUNDART ENGINEERING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to handle cost analysis, tender submissions, and contract administration for projects in Singapore.

The role requires proactive, organized individuals who can work under pressure and collaborate with project managers, designers, and vendors. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields and may have exposure to subcontractors, budgeting controls, and claims

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Proactive, well-organized, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure.
• Work independently and a good team player.
• Previous exposure to subcontractors and commercial contracts administration, cost and budgeting controls, claims handling, tender submission, materials pricing and costs estimation.

Responsabilidades

• Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services.
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements.
• Monitor budget and track project expenditures.
• Involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for the project.
• Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing.
• Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control.
• Identify and prepare variations orders for the projects.
• Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotations for costing.
• Perform cost comparison.
• Close liaison among project managers, designers and vendors.
• Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
