Job summary

Unknown Client in the construction industry is seeking an Assistant QS Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The role covers post-contract commercial activities across islandwide projects in Singapore, with a salary package up to $10,000 plus bonus.

The successful candidate will oversee a QS team, manage budgets, control cash flow, and ensure timely cost reporting and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in QS, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a managerial or senior level.
• Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts, contract law, and local regulations.
• Proficiency in QS software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of QS in post-contract administration including cost control, claims processing, and final accounts.
• Develop and manage project budgets, control cash flow, and prepare monthly cost reports.
