Working hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm; Mon - Fri

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute promotions for department store and shopping centre
• Liaise and work closely with merchandising departments, suppliers and other third parties to conceptualize, plan and execute promotional campaigns
• Follow-through for all promotion activities, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with the advertising team for advertisements and collaterals
• Source promotion partners, sponsorships and/or rental partners
• Prepare applications for all relevant licenses from the authorities and coordinate with contractors and suppliers for the efficient set-up and tear down of structures
• Prepare reports and schedules; provide an overview of promotion events
• Conduct checks on the sales floor areas daily
• Apply for all relevant licenses from the authorities
• Manage and respond to customer emails in the promotion mailbox promptly
• Any other duties as assigned by the company
