Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take charge of site operations for building construction projects in Singapore.

You will lead a team on high-rise residential works, coordinating with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver safe and timely construction. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of HDB/BTO experience, strong knowledge of precast and M&E coordination, and a solid grasp of Singapore construction

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8–10 years of HDB/BTO construction experience, 5 years in CM/Senior Site Manager role.
• Strong experience with Singapore main contractors and high-rise residential work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site construction activities to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery.
• Plan construction sequences, manpower, materials, resources, and site logistics.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues.
• Oversee structural, architectural, M&E, and precast installation works.
• Identify potential delays and implement effective recovery plans.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards and WSH requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Technical, QS, QA/QC and Safety teams.
• Support inspections, project completion, handover and defect rectification.

Construction Manager

Industry: HDB/BTO Construction | Location: Mattar, Singapore

Basic Salary: Up to S$6,500 + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Saturday: Unofficial dismissal around 3:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Construction Manager to take charge of site operations for building construction projects. This is a key leadership role for someone with strong HDB/BTO and high‑rise residential experience who can effectively manage site teams, subcontractors, resources, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site construction activities to ensure safe, timely, and quality project delivery.

• Coordinate closely with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of HDB/BTO construction experience, with 5 years in a Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager capacity.
• Strong experience with Singapore main contractors.
• High-rise residential construction experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of precast, structural, architectural, and M&E coordination.
• Good understanding of Singapore construction regulations and WSH requirements.
• Relevant safety qualifications.
