Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support islandwide Singapore projects. The position is permanent with office hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:45pm) at the HQ, and assigned project locations across the island.

The role offers a salary budget up to $8,000 SGD per month, with responsibilities spanning programme development, quality and regulatory compliance, and coordination with consultants, owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in handling technical coordination and basement construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a detailed programme and ensure tasks are completed within the master programme timeline.
• Implement ISO quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements.
• Complete the project with quality to meet client/consultant requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the Authorities' requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and owners on matters including solving technical problems, shop drawings, and samples.
• Ensure appointed sub-contractors can complete work within schedule and meet technical and contractual requirements.
• Manage actual cost of work to stay below budget and supervise subordinates to follow work systems and foster teamwork.

Location: Islandwide Singapore depend on the project location - Can be Central or East

Job Description:

• Prepare a detailed programme and ensure that the assigned tasks are completed within the time frame as stipulated in the master programme.
• Implementation of all ISO quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements.
• Complete the project with quality to meet client's / consultant's requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the Authorities' requirements.
• To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving technical problems, submission of shop drawings and samples, etc.
• To ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete the sub-contract work within the schedule and comply with the technical and contractual requirements.
• Manage the actual cost of work so that they are below the budgeted costs.
• Manage the subordinates so that they are following work systems, productive, and encourage teamwork among the team members.
