Job summary

Intuit Recruitment Pte Ltd on behalf of a client in the Construction industry is hiring for a Deputy/ Project Manager/ Senior Manager (Building Projects). The role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering multi-site building projects to meet timeline, cost and quality objectives.

The candidate should hold a degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 7 years of construction experience and strong PM skills. A dynamic, hands-on leader is essential for driving project excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of construction experience, ideally with a main contractor.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• To support the planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Verify construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors, defects, or variations
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and relevant authorities, providing guidance and technical support to the project team
• Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance
• Organize and lead regular coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Deputy/ Project Manager/ Senior Manager

Location: Central (Based on the project's location)

Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• To support the planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Verify construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors, defects, or variations
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and relevant authorities, providing guidance and technical support to the project team
• Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity
