Job summary

JA SCAFFOLDING & ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE is seeking a Site Planner/Coordinator to assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines on construction sites in Singapore. The role involves preparing required documentation for awarded and ongoing contracts and resolving problems that arise on site.

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Strong leadership and communication with engineers, contractors and colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and create schedules and project timelines.
• Assist in preparation of required documents for awarded and ongoing projects by main-con.
• Assist in resolving site problems encountered during the contract period.

• Report to PM weekly regarding site progress condition
• Maintain good relations with site management
• Submit and check all relevant documents before submitting to office for claim submission
