Job summary

Ja Scaffolding Engineering in Singapore is seeking a capable coordinator to support planning, scheduling and project timelines. You will assist in preparing documents for awarded and ongoing projects, and help resolve site problems during the contract period.

You will delegate tasks, report weekly to the Project Manager on site progress, maintain relations with site management, and ensure documents are checked before submission to the office for claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Excellent leadership, good management and communication with engineers, contractors and working colleagues.
• Able to take on various challenging jobs assigned.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Independent, responsible and positive working attitude.
