Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated individual to support project engineers and managers with planning and tracking. You will travel on-site to observe work, document with photos and notes, and assist with simple reports and project documents.

Fresh graduates are welcome; no experience is required as training will be provided. Prior exposure to M&E, construction, or semiconductor environments is a bonus but not necessary.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering field.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
• A willingness to learn and go to site.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no experience needed and training provided.
• Experience in M&E, construction or the semiconductor industry is a bonus but not required.

About the role

Help our Project Engineers and Managers plan and track project progress. You will go on-site to check work and take photos and notes (you'll be trained on cleanroom gowning and safety). You will prepare simple reports, drawings and project documents, and coordinate with clients, supervisors and our site team. You will also help with quotations and paperwork.
