Job summary

SKK TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Engineer (ELV/Electrical) to plan and deliver complex projects and lead site activities.

You will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to meet milestones. Candidates should have 3-5 years in ELV or electrical installation in similar roles, be a team player, and prepared to work overtime and weekends on site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ELV or electrical installation experience in a similar role.
• Experience in project planning and coordination.
• Willing to perform overtime and weekend projects.
• Ability to lead and assist tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the assigned project including budgeting, scheduling, safety, and documentation.
• Lead or support tender submissions of varying sizes.
• Monitor quality and address non-conformances.
• Forecast manpower with the right skills and manage procurement.
• Overtime and weekend work at project sites.

Job Requirements

• Responsible to plan and deliver the project under his/her charge, which shall include but not limited to the following:
  • Financial Aspect – Project budget planning so as to improve project margin at completion. Ensure progress claim and being certified and billed monthly.
  • Project Schedule – to plan, monitor and control the schedule so as to complete project in time. Any delay due to other trades shall be documented to protect SKK’s interest.
  • Project Safety Management – To ensure Zero Accident in the working environment.
  • Non-conformance Management aspect – to ensure any non-conformance issue be in control and/or well managed to its lowest if not the zero level.
  • Quality aspect – to ensure high-quality standard in all aspects particularly on the installation and documentation works.
  • Project Manpower Planning – to forecast the manpower loading with the right skill and review regularly.
  • Project Submittal – to submit and obtain approval.
  • Purchasing– to source for submission and obtain approval before request for procurement.
• Responsible to lead and/or assist in any tender submission regardless of its size.

SKK is looking for a team player and someone who is committed to working for the Company on long term basis and grow with the Company. They must also be prepared to handle ad-hoc hand-on technical jobs. All Candidates need to prepare to perform overtime work and work on weekends/PH at project sites.

Working Experience

Candidate must possess 3-5 years of experience in the ELV and/or Electrical installation industries in the similar position or capacity.
