Job summary

Active Ageing Centre @ Serangoon is seeking an Assistant Programme Executive to support centre activities and clients. The role involves planning monthly activity schedules, engaging clients during events, and assisting with day-to-day operations at the centre.

The successful candidate will help with packing, distribution of food ration packages, client assessments, referrals to care services, documentation, and maintaining cleanliness, while supporting the centre manager with ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.
• Engage with the clients during the activities.
• Pack and distribute food ration packages.
• Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.
• Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.
• Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.
