DCI Consultants Private Limited is seeking an Assistant Production Engineer to support the department manager in coordinating production activities across sites in Singapore. You will help manage resources, especially contractors, and ensure timely, high-quality production outcomes for projects.

The role requires initiative, leadership, technical expertise, and attention to detail to drive continuous improvement and meet project milestones while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in assembly, production and testing environments.
• Defence-related background preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery and execution in line with schedules.
• Quality assurance and enforcement of standards.
• Health and safety compliance at vendor sites and in-house workshop.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and logistics.
• Understand project requirements, milestones and deliverables.
