ELEC-PRO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Production Engineer to join a dynamic production team in Singapore.

You will assist in managing resources, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assemblies for unmanned systems and related sub-assemblies. Responsibilities include aligning production with schedules, supporting QA processes, enforcing health and safety practices at vendor sites and workshops, and enabling effective collaboration with

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering is required.
At least 1 year of assembly, production and testing experience in unmanned or related sub-assemblies and systems.
Good communication skills are essential.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

Delivery planning and execution in line with project timelines and milestones.
Enforce QA standards and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.
Uphold health and safety regulations at vendor sites and in-house workshops.
Foster clear communications and collaboration with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
Support integration, assembly, and fabrication activities and participate in FAIs, FATs, and environmental stress screening.
