Job summary

Chips and Toon, a boutique animation studio in Singapore, seeks an assistant producer to help manage production schedules and budgets while maintaining the studio's high quality. You will work closely with the Producer, directors, and artists to ensure timely delivery across multiple projects.

The role requires strong teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and fluency in Chinese. This position is based in Singapore and focuses on client communications and daily

Qualifications

• Fluent Chinese writing and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform management and creative responsibilities
• Manage entire cycle of animation production
• Attend client meetings and deliver sale pitches
• Maintain a good working relationship with new contacts and existing clients
• Management of ongoing projects and ensuring that deadlines are being met
• Oversee the daily operations of the company

As part of our production team, the assistant producer plays a key role in managing the production schedule and budget to keep projects running smoothly. Working closely with the Producer, clients, Director, and artists, the assistant producer ensures timely delivery and maintains the high quality our studio is known for.
