Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated technician to support semiconductor manufacturing processes at our Woodlands site. The role involves machine checks, data collection, wafer preparation, and recipe creation, with emphasis on process stability and timely issue escalation.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in relevant engineering fields, capability to work in a cleanroom, and flexibility to work after hours or on weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Work in a cleanroom environment.
• Willing to work after office hours, weekends or public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process checks of machines.
• Day-to-day line support execution for data collection, wafers’ preparation and measurements.
• Recipe creation, troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Monitor and maintain process stability.
• Report and escalate tool issues to the process team and work with them to resolve performance issues.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams on daily updates of the process status.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
