Job summary

Superform Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Engineer / Process Engineer for our Joo Koon manufacturing site. You will support and optimize wet and dry processes, monitor parameters, and drive quality, yield and productivity improvements.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A Diploma or Degree in Chemical/Manufacturing/Materials Engineering is preferred; familiarity with electroplating and CAPA/8D/FMEA/SPC/RCA is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Chemical/Manufacturing/Materials Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of electroplating or semiconductor/manufacturing operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and RCA is preferred.
Hands-on troubleshooting of processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

Support and optimize wet and dry manufacturing processes to meet quality, yield, and productivity targets.
Monitor process parameters within established specifications.
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
Support preventive maintenance, equipment upkeep, and installation/validation activities.
Investigate deviations and apply CAPA, 8D, RCA to improve reliability.
