Job summary

PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an Assistant Process Engineer for a 12-month renewable assignment, located in North/East. Working hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with potential after-hours support.

The role focuses on process checks, data collection, wafer preparation, measurements, and collaboration with the process team to ensure equipment performance and process stability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering required.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to support after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform process checks on machines.
• Provide day-to-day line support for data collection, wafer preparation, and measurements.
• Support recipe creation, troubleshooting, and data analysis activities.
• Monitor and maintain process stability.
• Escalate tool-related issues to the process team and collaborate to resolve equipment performance concerns.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams on daily process status updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
