Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing's client, a leading global semiconductor equipment producer, seeks an Assistant Process Engineer for a 12-month contract in the North/East region. You will support daily process operations, collect data, and assist with wafer preparation and measurements.

You should have a Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering and be comfortable in a cleanroom environment, with willingness to work after hours when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Meticulous and well-organized with strong teamwork.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a cleanroom environment.
• Willing to support after-hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform process checks on machines.
• Provide day-to-day line support for data collection, wafer preparation, and measurements.
• Support recipe creation, troubleshooting, and data analysis activities.
• Monitor and maintain process stability.
• Escalate tool-related issues to the process team and assist in resolving equipment performance concerns.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams on daily process status updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
